Aerobidance

What is it?

An informal, fun aerobic work out with a dance twist on alternate Mondays, 7-8pm at St Peters Barge.
It’s for ladies only, and designed for all levels and abilities. The sessions are run by Laura, a dance teacher and performer as well as a member of the Barge church family.

What do we do in a session?

The session includes a warm up, 8-10 routines and a cool down.
The routines generally contain 4-8 moves and are to a whole range of tracks such as Footloose, KT Tunstall, Avicii, Rod Stewart, the Beatles, we even take requests!
At the end we have snacks, drinks and a good natter!

What level are the routines?

Its suitable for all levels and you can choose how hard or easy you work, for example adding arms and legs, or just sticking with one or the other, choosing to jump or stay with more simple steps, its really up to you, whatever is comfortable.
Whether you are an experienced exerciser or not, you are really welcome, we are a friendly bunch and the sessions are very informal and relaxed, though you will definitely put on a sweat!
