DESCRIPTION:What is it?\nBack by popular demand after our course in 2016\, we will be kicking off with a series of five pilates sessions. \nWe will aim to reconnect mind and body as we move through the class\, a lovely way tp finish the day and leave you feeling calm\, strong and energised. We will lengthen short/tight muscles\, mobilise our joints and strengthen our supporting muscles to better support our every day lives. The sessions will include various exercises focus on breathing\, alignment and control with floor based and standing exercises using props.\nIt’s for ladies only\, and designed for all levels and abilities.
