The sessions are run by Laura\, a dance teacher and performer as well as a member of the Barge church family. \nWhat do we do in a session?\nThe session includes a warm up\, 8-10 routines and a cool down.\nThe routines generally contain 4-8 moves and are to a whole range of tracks such as Footloose\, KT Tunstall\, Avicii\, Rod Stewart\, the Beatles\, we even take requests!\nAt the end we have snacks\, drinks and a good natter! \nWhat level are the routines?\nIts suitable for all levels and you can choose how hard or easy you work\, for example adding arms and legs\, or just sticking with one or the other\, choosing to jump or stay with more simple steps\, its really up to you\, whatever is comfortable.\nWhether you are an experienced exerciser or not\, you are really welcome\, we are a friendly bunch and the session are very informal and relaxed\, though you will definitely put on a sweat! \nGet in touch\nIf you have any questions\, want to know if Aerobidance is suitable for you or would like to join our mailing list to receive reminders\, email Laura.
