DESCRIPTION:What’s your experience of church life? Do you find it a loving\, gracious community? I hope so! But have you ever had any negative experiences in church? Felt misunderstood\, hurt\, left out\, hurt someone else\, regretted your own behaviour\, lost face? I know I have! Why is that\, I wonder….? We’re thinking at the moment in the book of Philippians about being united as a church. At the Women’s Evening we’re going to be thinking in particular about how we can be a united\, loving\, gracious community\, even though none of us is perfect. It’s not always easy\, but it is Christlike and a key part of living as a Christian – the apostle Paul says\, “So now faith\, hope and love abide\, these three; but the greatest of these is love”! Come along to spend some quality time with your sisters\, deepening relationships\, and growing together in Christ. Friday 13th November 7.30 for 8pm start\, here at the Barge.
