Interview & talk by Dr. Monty Lyman
Dr Monty Lyman studied at the universities of Oxford, Birmingham and Imperial College London. His first book, The Remarkable Life of the Skin, was shortlisted for the 2019 Royal Society Science Book Prize, was a Radio 4 ‘Book of the Week’ and a Sunday Times ‘Book of the Year’. His second book, exploring the science of pain, will be out in 2021. While writing this book Monty was also working on COVID wards and caught the virus himself.
