What is it? An informal, fun aerobic work out with a dance twist on alternate Mondays, 7-8pm at St Peters Barge. It's for ladies only, and designed for all levels and abilities. Growth Groups provide an opportunity to study the Bible, pray & get to know others in a smaller group. Groups meet on the Barge or in homes. Groups meet from 7:30-9pm. Barge groups meet from 6:45pm for dinner.
