Christian Street Conversations (CSC) take place in the local area on the first Sunday of every month (unless it falls on a bank holiday weekend). We meet on the Barge at 12.15pm (after the morning service) and finish promptly at 2pm. The aim of CSC is to strike up conversations that will lead to sharing the gospel. Our hope is that God would use these conversations in his work of building his kingdom. As a Barge initiative, one aim is that our conversations might lead to people becoming part of the Barge family, but the success of CSC is not measured by this as we may only see the fruit of our conversations in heaven.
Anyone joining us for the first time will be paired with a ‘leader’, someone with past experience of CSC. There is no pressure on anyone to start a conversation or even to join in with one. If you’ve never been out with us before, you won’t know it’s for you unless you try it! If you would like to give it a go, why not take the first step and speak to one of the regular members of the team.
Please prayerfully consider joining us and do keep CSC in your prayers throughout the year.
