Jonah 3 God’s compassion is seen clearly though Jonah being given a 2nd chance, Jonah being protected in Nineveh, and Nineveh repenting despite Jonah’s poor sermon. God’s compassion should impact all of our lives today!

Jonah 1:17-2:10 Jonah is a book of opposites. Jonah is told to go up, but he goes down, he deserves judgement but is saved instead. Come and see the prayer where God breaks and remakes Jonah. And consider Christ who was greater than Jonah and shows us even greater grace.

Matthew 11:25-30 People look for rest in different places, but Jesus invites us to true, deep, eternal rest for our souls by coming to him and learning from him.
John 3:22-36 Life isn’t all about us, it’s about Jesus.
